New Zealand Hemp Seed Oil is cold pressed from the seeds of Cannabis sativa, and provides a good balance of essential fatty acids (EFAs) that are vital for performing everyday functions. This unique oil contains more than 80% polyunsaturated Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs), featuring a composition of Linoleic Acid (Omega 6, LA) and Alpha Linolenic Acid (Omega 3, ALA) in a 3:1 ratio that is good for our body’s requirements. It also contains up to 5% Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA), and 2.5% Stearidonic Acid (SDA).
