The Annual General Meeting of the above is to be held on Thursday 7 May 2026 via Microsoft Teams, commencing at 12.30pm (1230 hours). Instructions on how to join the meeting will be sent out separately.

To ensure that we have a quorum, either submit your proxy as instructed below or REGISTER to confirm your attendance on 7 May 2026.

In accordance with the registered constitution of Natural Health Products New Zealand Incorporated and as a financial member of Natural Health Products NZ, the following documents can be downloaded for your information:

All attendees should read and review the documents in advance of the AGM.

Nominations
The final date for nominations for positions on the Executive Board of Natural Health Products NZ to be received by the General Manager of Natural Health Products NZ was 5:00pm, Thursday 9 April 2026.

In 2026 there will be three (3) positions available.

Four (4) nominations have been received in accordance with the Constitution of Natural Health Products NZ:

Jacob CLAYTON, Swisse NZ
Mahara INGLIS, MitoQ
Dave NICHOLAS, Nestlé Health Science
Phil RASMUSSEN, Harvest Natural Health

Voting
This year we offer online voting. PDF voting forms are also available if you prefer to email your vote.

Each company which is a current full financial member is entitled to one vote.
Candidate Details 2026 for each candidate standing for a position on the Executive Board.

Motions
The final date for motions was Thursday 26 March 2026. No motions have been received.

Proxy
If you are unable to attend the AGM please appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf at the meeting.

Completed proxy forms must be received by Natural Health Products NZ by 10:30am, Thursday 7 May 2026 by either submitting the online form or scanning and emailing the PDF version to kerry@naturalhealthproducts.nz.

Please note that to attend and participate in the AGM or have a proxy stand in your place, each member must be financial for the 2026 year.

More than one person from each company may attend the AGM however only one (1) representative of each Full Member company may vote at the Annual General Meeting.

In accordance with the Constitution, every company which is a Full financial member of Natural Health Products NZ shall be attributed 1 vote per company. (Associate and Retail Members may attend but do not have voting rights).
